PRIVATE PT SESSIONS: When you need a little extra motivation and accountability I will be your 24/7 personal cheerleader. Choose from 45 or 60 minute training sessions. Most women will kick off their PT sessions with the Rock Your Results package. This combination will improve your mindset, freshen up your diet and start a new exercise routine that will help you totally rock your results.

    I bring the gym to you

    I train women in their homes and in local parks and playgrounds (Melbourne’s Inner West) often while their children play nearby. I have a huge variety of equipment so you never get bored with the same old routine.

    Progress over perfection

    Every six weeks your fitness and strength will be measured to see how much you’ve improved. I’ve never trained anyone who hasn’t been motivated by their progress and proud of what they’ve achieved.
